dreams

okay please shoot me now!
i cant sleep, my body got too used to night life now.
im an owl now, no more bunny. ):

and recently i have been dreaming a lot!
too much that i forgot most of them after awhile.

i was chatting with the gang on MSN just now and they gave me THIS.
its about dreams, interpretations, how to remember dreams and such.
so i have been reading it for hours since they gave me that site.
interesting, helps in a way or rather.
some peeks in case you all are lazy to read the whole thing.

study shows the importance of dreaming and its role in our well-being and health. Some researchers believe that dreams help us tackle stress. It is clear that dreaming help recharge the mind and revitalize the body. Dreaming is a necessity.

Five minutes after the end of the dream, half the content is forgotten. After ten minutes, 90% is lost.


anyway some surprise answer from guai zai because he will be joining us for a Double O session next sat, he rarely club (once only) and most probably his MY is joining. while typing these few lines i felt tired and im glad (:
