i think i got too used to night shifts, but its way too unhealthy.
there will be daily routine of sleeping during the day,
without having breakfast and lunch while rushing to work,
and a very heavy dinner followed by supper after work.
and it just repeat itself.
it's like killing myself slowly but i get ample sleep!

recently, i have been doing morning + mid shift.
crazily my body doesn't reacts to what i think it should be.
sleeping early and waking early should be healthy rite!?
早睡早起身体好?
i always felt so restless, missing out some exercise?
had brunch everyday and decent dinner without any supper for weeks.
power rite... i felt like i lost some weight.
some said i slim down, healthy diet huh~
but the good thing is i can always la teh with friends after work.
talk cock till the birds fly home.

my off days for next week became a 6 day week!
and includes a 11-hours shift on Sunday! *BANG*
really kong kam, no more kom kup! KUP!

shag... alot of things undone, off days are mostly spent with friends.
my request for next roster i put all OFF with a black thick marker!
it became a topic. HAHA!
